PLEASE HELP FORMULA AND DIAPERS NEEDED FOR BABIES IN HAITI January 19, 2010

After watching a heartbreaking segment on CNN with Soledad O’Brien filming from a local orphanage in Haiti, she describe the scene as tragic where young babies are dying from dehydration because they have no formula or clean water and have been transferred to local orphanages in Haiti. As everyone knows, I host one of the Biggest Baby and Toddler events in the country The Boom Boom Room where I draw vendors from all over the world, now I am calling on all my past vendors, celebrities and friends to help me help the babies who have been affected the most by the horrible earthquake in Haiti. I am leading an emergency diaper and formula drive for the babies of Haiti, all items will be shipped directly to Orphanages in Haiti. I am working with the Haitian Embassy to locate the orphanages hit the hardest. Items will be shipped this Wednesday, January 27th.
I will cover the cost to ship all the items to Haiti this Friday, but I need your help in donating the following items
Disposable diapers all sizes (if you are not in LA you can have the diapers or formula shipped to the address below)
Powered Formula
Baby Wipes
Guazes and first aid products
Onesies
Volunteers are needed in Los Angeles on Friday to help pack the boxes to be shipped.

Some of my favorite pieces of history are quotes that have been left here by some of the world’s most respected leaders and dignitaries. One of my all time favorite quotes is “Be the change you want to see in the world” by Gandhi, this lets us know we must take the first step in creating a better world to live in. Recently, I came across a new quote that I am sure will live on forever by the First Lady Michelle Obama, speaking recently she told an audience, community service is “the reason that I breathe.” That one fragment of sentence embodies the passion and dedication that we all need in serving our community. Find that special quote that inspires you to do more, once you find the quote write it down then frame it or post it where you will be able to view it daily, it will give you motivation you need to serve!
